At Lebo Play, we understand that safety is a top priority, especially in a family entertainment center business. That’s why we’ve developed design principles that meet and exceed international safety standards. We’ve worked with industry experts and organizations like ASTM, CSA, and CPSC to create a safe and enjoyable environment for children. Enclosed playgrounds have proven to provide a secure environment for children to engage in play, as they eliminate the risks associated with fall heights, protrusions, and sharp edges and provide limited access to moving parts or unsafe areas.
In the long run, investing in top-notch indoor playground equipment will greatly lower maintenance expenses and guarantee sustained financial success.

Our commitment to quality assurance means every playground equipment is rigorously tested for strength and durability, ensuring it will provide you with years of reliable service.
Steel Pipes
Our steel pipes come in two thickness options: 2.0mm or 3.25mm. These details will be clearly stated in the sales agreement, and customers can confirm them upon receiving our products.
Our steel pipes are coated with hot-dip galvanized zinc, protecting rusting for an extended period. This process ensures that the pipes’ interior and exterior are safeguarded.
Connectors
Our connectors are constructed from galvanized steel and joined together using automated welding robots. They are then power-coated with a robust, long-lasting protective coating that effectively prevent rust.
Protection Nets
Our safety netting is crafted with durable, flame-resistant materials and carefully knitted to ensure maximum protection. Its high-quality construction makes it suitable for use in various outdoor activities. Additionally, we offer fire-resistant anti-climb netting for the first level of our playgrounds, effectively preventing climbing.
Foam Pipes and Zip Ties
Our foam pipes boast exceptional durability and resistance to fire, crafted from high-density EPE foam and adorned with a layer of glossy, bright PVC vinyl. The PVC vinyl not only lends a pure, vibrant color to the pipes but also possesses UV-resistant properties, ensuring that they remain flexible and durable even when exposed to sunlight.
The zip ties used to secure the foam pipes to the steel pipes are made of high-quality plastic, offering a balance of flexibility and toughness. We apply many zip ties to ensure a snug fit, with a 5-6 inches spacing between each tie.
Platform
At Lebo Play, our platforms are crafted with 20mm thick plywood, topped with 50mm foam that adheres to the GB6675-2003 standard. Our platforms are completely foam-wrapped and covered with the same PVC tarp on the front, rear, and sides, ensuring that all sides of the platform are soft. This provides the children with the best protection and care and gives the platform an aesthetic appearance.
Flooring
Our interlocking foam mats are designed for commercial use and are constructed from high-density EVA material that provides anti-fatigue properties. These mats maintain their shape and durability, even with prolonged and vigorous use in commercial playgrounds.
Powder-coated Galvanized Steel Frame
Lebo Play trampoline frame is made from 80 mm x 80 mm tubing and is 4 mm thick. By utilizing the Dutch Akzo powder in sandblasting technology, the longevity of the colors is enhanced, the adhesive properties are increased, and the safety during play is improved.
Trampoline Springs
Trampoline springs are typically constructed from steel, with the most popular choices being pre-galvanized standard spring wire or Zinc plating. Lebo Play springs utilize specialized piano wire that is tailored to the specific length requirements of the trampoline park. This piano wire is exceptionally sturdy and long-lasting, allowing the springs to maintain their weight performance for an extended period. The piano wire’s non-deformability and tensile elongation are five times superior to manganese steel.

Trampoline Soft Pads
We utilize pads made of PVC skin with a thickness of 0.45 mm to 0.55 mm, designed to provide a comfortable and safe surface for users. The pads are made with a unique trapezoidal shape to ensure maximum safety. Additionally, the pads are eco-friendly and made of EPE, providing a sustainable solution for our customers. The thickness of the pads is 70 mm.

Jumping Mats
The standard Lebo Play trampoline jumping mat is made of polypropylene and is suitable for all classic trampolines in the trampoline park. The typical feature of this kind of mat is tightly woven so that less air passes through it.
On the other hand, the high-performance jumping mats are made of woven strings and are designed for professional use. Unlike classic trampolines, these mats have larger gaps, allowing more airflow. As a result, they offer a better bounce, allowing for higher jumps.
Ninja Truss
Our truss frames are constructed using top-notch aluminum material. They possess a significantly lower weight than steel trusses, offering superior flexibility and durability. Installing steel trusses is impractical due to their excessive weight.

Clamps
Connect the truss structures with crossbars via swivel clamps and connect the crossbar to the ninja obstacles with eyebolt clamps.

Soft Pads
Typically, our padding used in the ninja course consists of a sponge measuring 20cm or EPE foam measuring 30cm. This padding is designed to offer sufficient protection to players when they land on the floor, reducing the risk of injuries.

ASTM F1918 (North America)
ASTM 1918 is the Safety Performance Specification for Soft Contained Play Equipment, which is a standard established by an international organization called ASTM. ASTM is a global organization that creates and releases voluntary agreement technical standards for various materials, products, systems, and services. For many years, we have been involved in designing, distributing, producing, and installing indoor playgrounds and equipment that adhere to the ASTM standard. Our playground equipment at Lebo Play can meet local safety standards and successfully pass safety inspections in North America.
EN 1176 (Europe)
European Playground Safety Standards: To promote harmonization across Europe. While it may not be as specifically tailored to indoor playgrounds as ASTM1918-12, EN 1176 remains a widely recognized and respected international standard for indoor playground safety. Our indoor playground materials have been rigorously tested and certified by the EN 1176 standard, ensuring a safe play environment for children.
AS3533.4.2-2013 (Australia)
Our products adhere to the strict guidelines outlined in AS 3533.4.2-2013, a standard specifically designed for indoor playgrounds. Even though we are unable to have them tested for this standard outside of Australia, We ensure that our design, manufacturing, and installation processes align with the requirements outlined in the document to provide a safe and enjoyable play experience for children.
CSA Z614-07(R2012) (Canada)
CSA Group, formerly the Canadian Standards Association, creates guidelines through a collaborative process sanctioned by the Standards Council of Canada. The safety standard CSA Z614-07(R2012) applies to indoor and outdoor playgrounds in Canada. It is the standard followed by customers in Canada. We ensure that our indoor playgrounds also meet this safety standard.
ISO (Worldwide)
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a self-governing, non-profit organization that brings together 161 national standards bodies worldwide. ISO’s mission is to create universally accepted standards that promote quality, safety, and efficiency in products, services, and systems. These standards help facilitate international trade and have become a benchmark for ensuring the safety and quality of products and services worldwide. Our indoor playgrounds adhere to every aspect of the ISO standard, making them safe and enjoyable for children of all ages.
Limited warranty: Lebo Play guarantees the original customer that our playground equipment will not experience structural failure caused by faulty materials or workmanship when used and installed according to our published specifications. The Approved Equipment will be free from material and workmanship defects for 1 year from the completion date of the playground installation. Within this one year, we will perform any necessary repairs on the faulty parts of the play equipment free of charge or provide the necessary parts for self-installation if applicable. Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping or labor costs for removing and installing repair or replacement parts.
Lebo Play comes with the following warranties:
- 2 Year warranty on metal parts against structural failures as galvanized steel pipe, metal mounts for shooters (excluding gun, canon and ball blaster), and all stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, washers)
- 2 Years warranty on LLDPE (Plastic) components and fiberglass material against deterioration, rendering them unsuitable for play, such as tunnels, swing seats, seesaws, watchtowers and cubes, slides, panels, connection tubes, plastic playhouses, themed roofs, etc.…
- 1 Year on components known as soft play products, including wooden components or sponge items covered by soft PVC leather such as platforms, themed panels and roofs, decorative cartoon boards, ball pit fences, bridge punching bags, flooring mats, slide cushions, soft seats, and obstacles of various shapes.
- 1 Year of auxiliary equipment such as trampoline, safety net, PVC pipe, webbing equipment, clamps, and nylon string. The warranty does not cover plastic balls used in the ball pit.
Please note:
Lebo Play only warrants our products to original customers. All warranties will automatically become void if the playground and equipment are sold, mortgaged or transferred to a third party.
This warranty does not cover any cosmetic problems or wear and tear resulting from normal use, misuse, or abuse of the product.
