What is Trampoline Park
Trampoline parks are indoor recreational facilities designed for entertainment and fitness, with a large areas of trampolines. Perfect to children and adults, trampoline park provides a unique environment for jumping, flipping, and engaging in a variety of activities. They are often found in major cities and are designed to accommodate people of different ages and skill levels. Additionally, many parks offer amenities for spectators, such as comfortable seating areas.
Materials we use to build your trampoline park
Trampolines are made with four basic components: Trampoline Frame, Springs, Safety Pads & Jumping Mat. We always strive to find the highest quality materials that provides maximum safety and minimum maintenance.

Trampoline Frame
We mainly use three shapes of steel frame for the trampoline park:
- Main post connect to the ground through screw
- A triangle frame for side trampoline wall
- Horizontal tube with springs hook for mat connect
Our trampoline frames are made from 80 mm x 80 mm tubing and are 4 mm thick. Using Dutch Akzo powder sandblasting technology, the color is more durable, the adhesion is stronger and safer to play.

Springs
The springs provide the bounce in the trampoline, not the trampoline mat. The material of the spring will directly affect the power behind the springs, the size of the springs will affect the bounce in the trampoline, And t number of springs will directly affect the comfort and performance of a trampoline.
Our trampoline springs is made of piano wire, and its deformability resistance and tensile elongation are 5 times that of manganese steel. Due to its special design and pretensioning, it greatly reduces the force of gravity affecting the spine and joints during jumping.

Safety Pads
Safety pads do exactly what the name implies: padding for jumping safety. These pads are placed on the springs, as well as the frame.
Our trampoline cushions are 70mm thick and made from 120N.M tension 0.45-0.55mm thick PVC covering and eco-friendly EPE foam.
The pads won’t deform after a long-term intensive use. The trampoline park pad is cut into a trapezoidal shape to ensure the safety of the users.

Jumping Mats
The main purpose of a jumping mat is to provide a place for the jumper to land. Jumping mats are also a tool for spreading out the bounce surface area of the underlying springs.
We offer two types of jumping mats: one is a regular mat that meets ASTM standards imported from the United States, commonly used in areas such as main courts, dodgeball, slam dunk, etc.; the other is a woven string mat that is commonly used in high-performance trampolines.
Safety Standards For Trampoline Park
As a trampoline park manufacturer, we provide safe attractions for every user. All trampoline park equipment are designed to comply with the safety standards in force, and each project is independently tests before commissioning. So our clients can operate their trampoline park safely. Players are also required to follow all safety rules to avoid injury. Different countries have different trampoline park safety standards. For example BSI PAS 5000 for the UK, AS standard from the Australian Trampoline Park Association (ATPA), ASTM F2970-13 from International Association of Trampoline Parks(IATP), CEN/TC 136/WG 17 -TRAMPOLINE PARKS in EN standard.

The Ultimate Guide to Starting A Trampoline Park Business
How Much Does It Cost to Open A Trampoline Park?
Federal Trade Commission and state franchise sales regulations do not permit us to provide specific project projections. The revenue you can earn depends on many factors, including your park’s location, attendance, local marketing and advertising, investment costs, and other important factors, such as your ability to effectively operate and manage your park.
Birthday Parties, Special Events, Memberships, Trampoline Park Classes and Programs, Food and Beverage Sales, Merchandise Sales, Massage Chairs.
The International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) recommends a minimum building size of 18,000 square feet. And many successful trampoline parks in the U.S. range from 25,000 to 35,000 square feet.
The ceiling height is a big deal when it comes to designing a trampoline park. According to the ASTM F2970 Standard, the lowest thing on your roof has to be 204 inches (518.16 cm) off the ground, which is about 5.2 meters. This height makes sure that people can jump and not hit the ceiling or other stuff up top.
If you want to have the high-performance olympic trampolines, then your ceiling height should be at least 6.2 meters so that people don’t jump too high and hit the ceiling.
Yes, trampoline parks typically have weight limits to ensure the safety of all participants. Most places set the limit at about 250-300 pounds. This is to make sure people don’t get hurt and that the trampolines last a long time. It’s important to tell people about these rules and make sure they follow them so that your trampoline park is a safe place to jump.
